Now, switching our focus to the studio setup on the downstairs level of this duplex that would require that we incorporate an office space to enhance the attractiveness of the commercial zoning this building acquired. We addressed all of our clients concerns by implementing space saving pieces such as a daybed that functioned as a bed at night and additional seating during the day. The strategical use of this particular style daybed as appose to a standard bed that would jet out from the wall and take up floor space we didn't have, allowed for us to add an office space without creating a space that felt overdone with too many pieces.
