Our newly renovated duplex project in Liberty Hill was indeed a tight space challenge that we were thrilled to take on! This once two - story single family home has been split into two separate homes complete with all the amenities a one or two person family would need! A few concerns our first-time investor client had for this particular level of the duplex were the low profile windows, small spaces and the lack of flexibility in the dining space. We solved the low profile window concern by implementing custom low profile night stands that would prevent window blocking and added a pop of color to the bedroom! We continued addressing our client's concerns by utilizing small scale furniture pieces perfect for small space living, including a round dining set that perfectly fit the dining space needs!
